Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to drive our online presence, engagement, and brand awareness. You’ll be responsible for content strategy across platforms, campaign planning, community engagement, and performance reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Create engaging content: posts, videos, stories, reels, and copywriting.
- Manage content calendars and collaborate with designers/videographers, and influencers.
- Monitor conversations, respond to comments/messages, and manage community engagement.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Analyze performance using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on current digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing—sector experience (e.g., gaming, Technology) is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and creative skills.
- Proficient with social media management (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.
- Ability to use basic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Agile, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
